Fentanawl exists to save the lives of teenagers and preteens by exposing the deadly truth about fentanyl and synthetic drug poisoning. We go into schools armed with real stories β€” including the personal experience of a family who lost a brother and watched another fight to survive. No child should die from a drug they did not even know they were taking. Our mission is to educate, empower, and equip every young person to look the Fentanawl Monster in the eye and just say NAWL.

The Drugs Killing Our Kids

Fentanyl

A powerful synthetic opioid painkiller made in a lab β€” not from a plant. It is a legal prescription drug used by doctors for severe pain, but illegal versions are being manufactured and mixed into fake pills sold on the street and online.

100x stronger than morphine

Invisible. Tasteless. Odorless. Hidden in fake pills sold on social media. A few grains of salt can kill.

Nitazenes

A group of newly developed synthetic opioids created in illegal labs. They were never approved for medical use anywhere in the world. They are now being mixed into fake pills and sold online, and most drug tests cannot detect them.

NEW β€” up to 100x stronger than fentanyl

The newest killer. Showing up in fake pills online. Will not show on drug tests. Narcan may not work.

Xylazine

A sedative drug approved by veterinarians to sedate large animals like horses and cattle. It is not approved for human use. Drug dealers are now mixing it into fentanyl without buyers knowing, making overdoses much harder to reverse because Narcan has no effect on xylazine.

Narcan CANNOT reverse it

A horse tranquilizer mixed into fentanyl. Spreading across the U.S. drug supply right now.

Marijuana

A drug that comes from the cannabis plant and affects the brain and nervous system. The main mind-altering ingredient is THC. While legal for adults in some states, it is illegal for anyone under 21 and is significantly more potent today than it was even ten years ago β€” making it especially harmful to developing teen brains.

More dangerous for teens than most believe

2-3x stronger than a decade ago. Damages developing brains. Increasingly laced with fentanyl. 1 in 6 teen users become addicted. (CDC)

Brain DamageTeen brains develop until age 25. Marijuana disrupts memory, learning and self-control permanently. (NIH)
Mental HealthLinked to increased psychosis, depression and anxiety in teens. (JAMA 2026)
IQ LossHeavy teen use linked to an average 8-point IQ loss β€” not fully reversible.
Gateway RiskTeen marijuana users are 130% more likely to misuse opioids. (SAMHSA)
Fentanyl LacingStreet and social media weed is increasingly laced with fentanyl. Looks and smells the same. You cannot tell.
School ImpactEven occasional use linked to lower grades, more absences and higher dropout rates. (Columbia 2024)

You Cannot See It. Taste It. Smell It.If a pill was not prescribed to you and filled at a licensed pharmacy β€” do not take it. Not once. Not ever.
